You cannot log in
The four things that usually cause it, in order of likelihood.
- You have not confirmed your email yet. Look for our message, including in spam, and click the link before trying again.
- You signed up with a different address. Try the other one you use.
- You have forgotten the password. Use Forgot your password on the login page. The reset link goes to the address you signed up with.
- Somebody removed your access. Ask the pastor or an administrator at your church to check the team page.
We deliberately give the same answer whether or not an address has an account when you request a reset. That stops anyone using the form to work out which of your members are registered.
