Giving and funds
Tithes, offerings, funds, mobile money, and who is allowed to see any of it.
Cash is the default on every form, because most giving in a Ghanaian church is cash. Mobile money sits beside it for members who want it, and it is paid into your church's own account rather than passing through ours.
Giving is visible only to the pastor, an administrator and the finance officer, and that is enforced in the database rather than hidden behind a menu. A class leader cannot see what the congregation gave, which is how most churches want it and few systems deliver it.
Funds are for money with a purpose, a building fund or a mission fund, and their totals are kept by the database as contributions come in, so nothing is added up by hand.
