The pastor account, what each role can do, and inviting the people who help you.
Everyone who helps run the church gets their own login, with a role that decides what they can reach. There is no charge per person on any band, because charging per user pushes a church towards one shared password, which is the opposite of what anybody should want.
Roles are enforced in the database, not by hiding buttons. A finance officer sees giving and a class leader does not, and that holds even for a request that goes around the screens entirely. The pastor owns the church and is the only one who can hand it to another pastor.
