What each role can do
Six roles, and the line each one cannot cross.
- Pastor. Everything, including appointing another pastor and seeing all giving.
- Administrator. Everything except appointing a pastor. Sees giving.
- Finance officer. Records and sees giving. Cannot manage the team.
- Minister. Members, attendance and vital records. Cannot see giving.
- Elder. Members, attendance and vital records. Cannot see giving.
- Class leader. Their own class, and attendance. Cannot see giving.
Every one of these is backed by a matching rule in the database. The menu reflects the rules; it is not what enforces them.
