Account, billing and data
Your trial, what happens to your records, and your duties under Ghanaian law.
Thirty days free, no card, and nothing to cancel if it turns out not to suit your church. After that, billing is quarterly, on the same cycle as the return, by mobile money, card or bank transfer.
Your church's records are yours. They are kept separate from every other church's at the database, you can export them whenever you like, and if you close the account they are deleted within thirty days. Under Ghana's Data Protection Act your church is the data controller, and these articles say what that means in practice.
