Closing your account and what happens to your records
Your data is yours, and it does not linger after you go.
- Export your members from the Members page, and your latest return from Reports.
- Contact us to close the account.
- Everything is deleted within 30 days of the account closing.
Export first. Once the deletion has run there is nothing to recover.
