Reports and returns
The statistical return your circuit asks for, and the figures behind it.
The statistical return is the reason Fold exists. It is filled in from the attendance, giving and vital records you have already entered, for any period you choose, and printed or saved as a PDF, so the quarter's figures are a page rather than an evening.
Baptisms, confirmations, marriages and deaths are kept with dates, which is what makes the return's counts a matter of two dates rather than a search through the minister's diary. Attendance averages are worked out over the services you actually held, not over the Sundays on a calendar.
