See who has stopped coming
Insights compares each member with their own usual attendance.
Open Attendance, then Insights, to see members who used to come regularly and have quietly stopped. Each member is compared with their own past pattern, not with the congregation, so a faithful member who misses three Sundays shows up and an occasional one does not.
- It needs attendance marked by name. A head count of men and women is enough for the return but cannot say who was missing.
- It needs a few weeks of named attendance before it says anything, because a member has to have a usual pattern before they can fall away from it.
- Reach out to them queues a short text, saying the church has missed them, to everybody on the list who has a phone number. Anybody texted in the last fortnight is skipped, so nobody is nagged.
