Figures across your branches, circuit or diocese
A head church sees the totals of every church beneath it, read only.
A church that has branches, or a circuit, diocese or head office set up above its societies, sees the totals of every church beneath it on its dashboard, under Across everything under your church's name. Each branch keeps its own register and its own return.
- The totals are members, this week's attendance, this month's tithe for those allowed to see giving, and transfers waiting for approval.
- Each figure is the sum of the churches beneath, so the branches add up to the total above them.
- Leaders above can look, not change. A regional overseer sees every assembly beneath them and cannot edit any of their records. The database enforces this, not the screens.
- Each branch prepares its own statistical return. If you also belong to a branch, open Branches and choose Switch to this, then open Reports there; a branch you only oversee is seen through the totals on your dashboard.
If a total looks short, the usual reason is that a branch is not set up beneath your church yet, or that you do not hold a leadership role above it. Only leaders above a church see its figures.
