Who can see what your church gives
The short answer is leadership and your finance officer, nobody else.
- The pastor can see all giving.
- An administrator can see all giving.
- A finance officer can see and record giving.
- An elder, a minister or a class leader cannot open the giving records at all.
This is enforced by the database itself, not by hiding a menu item. Somebody who went round the interface entirely would still be refused, because the rule lives in Postgres rather than in the page.
