A first-time visitor is somebody attending a church for the first time, recorded with a phone number so they can be welcomed during the week and invited back.
The visitor who is phoned on Tuesday comes back on Sunday; the one who is not usually does not. It is the cheapest growth a church has, and it depends entirely on writing the number down.
